Three cultists remain under the inn (L3 Magents, Essence). They are waiting for the tablet to be left unattended, not for a fight. If the company goes to the cellar with the tablet, the waystone fragment in the foundation answers — lights die, the prophecy line about drinking plays as a whisper only Seris hears (Channeling RR).

Harda is not a cultist. She is being paid to keep the door locked and ask no questions. She will fold if pressed with kindness more readily than steel.

If the tablet stays upstairs, the cellar rite completes at dawn and a lesser fire elemental (AT 3, OB 70 Heat, 80 hits) climbs the stair.
